No. You keep your current light or camera. We just need the photo to confirm you're a cyclist looking to upgrade.
Does it have to be a Cycliq product?
Not at all. Any bike light or camera qualifies — competitor brands are welcome, and so are older Cycliq models.
How long until I get my code?
Most codes are issued within 2 business days. You'll receive it at the email address you submit.
Can I submit more than one photo?
One submission per customer. If you have multiple units to upgrade, reply to your code email and the team will sort you out.
Can discount codes be stacked?
No. The 25% code is single-use. It can't be combined with other discount codes, including welcome, club, or goodwill offers.
